That was such a great party!!! I am so excited that I am Queen .... but there is soooo much pressure to marry. It is almost like I am a woman.... but like I have to be MORE than a woman! It's freakin' impossible!
I just barely have this amazingly beautiful crown on my head and I am already dealing with the pressures of a Queen.
Oh what to do???

Congrats on the Crown!!!
ReplyDeleteI am just hear listening to the song U and Your Hand by Pink, and you need to heed her advice. My Queen, you are not hear for our entertainment nor any man's entertainment. You need to let your suitors know that you were fine before they showed up in your life and that they need to stop and think a second because you are the Queen and have the heart and mind of a King.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, can you blame them for wanting to marry a babe like you. As my aunty Matthews-Grieco would say, if you look like the fairest lady in town then all the noble men will want you. I mean you are the utimate of the feminine. Your white skin, your red lips and cheeks, you are modest and obviously moral. You have the highest social distinction and (again) your modesty reflects that. Surely even you, my Queen can understand that the noble men of the land will be fighting over a prize like you. But they forget that you aren't getting all dressed up for them, but for your own purposes.
Hold strong my lady - your virtue will not be forgotten!
I just heard the song Stronger by Britney Spears. It is so you. You have nothing to worry about. You just became Queen and it is going to take some time to get use to. Just think of the power you have now. You are a single female monarch. As a woman I am so envious and so are all the other women within your court. You are living a dream even though it might not seem like it right now. Take my word for it and listen to the lyrics, they represent a good message and might just put a smile on your face.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
